舌アミロイドーシスの1症例

Localized Amyloidosis of the Tongue

　はじめに

　アミロイドーシスは線維構造を持つ特異な蛋白であるアミロイドが全身の各臓器に沈着することによって機能障害をきたす疾患で，その原因は不明である。

　耳鼻咽喉科領域におけるアミロイド沈着部位は喉頭が多く，舌病変は全身性原発性あるいは骨髄腫合併アミロイドーシスによる巨舌または陰嚢舌として報告される例が多い。

　今回，われわれは稀とされる限局性の舌アミロイドーシスの1症例を経験したので，文献的考察も加えて報告する。

A 59-year-old female presented with paresthesia and a small mass of the dorsal tongue. The mass was vaporized with CO₂ laser, and histopatholo-gically it was diagnosed as amyloid deposit. In whole body investigation, other organs including gastric mucosa showed no sign of amyloid deposit. Moreover there was no underlying disease such as multiple myeloma, malignant tumor, which could accompany with amyloidosis.
