はじめに

　鼻副鼻腔領域に発生するglomangiopericytomaは，稀な低悪性度の間葉系腫瘍である。易出血性の腫瘍で，切除に際して，栄養動脈の塞栓術を行う報告も散見される。今回，甲状腺癌手術後に撮影した造影CTにて腫瘍を指摘され，内視鏡下に切除したglomangiopericytomaの症例を経験したので報告する。

　Glomangiopericytoma is a rarely occurring soft-tissue tumor of perivascular cell origin that can arise in any part of body and accounts for less than 0.5％ of all sinonasal tumors. Here, we report a case of glomangiopericytoma in the sinonasal tract detected by computed tomography.

　The patient is 78-year-old female who had undergone total thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer. Follow-up computed tomography showed enhanced tumor in the right ethmoidal sinus, but she had no symptoms. We resected the ethmoidal tumor-like granulation completely by ESS in order to diagnose and treat the condition. The histopathological diagnosis confirmed that it was glomangiopericytoma.
