はじめに

　鼻口蓋管囊胞は上顎正中部に生じる比較的稀な非歯原性囊胞で，胎生期に存在する鼻口蓋管の遺残上皮から発生するとされている。今回われわれは，内視鏡下鼻内手術で鼻腔底に開窓した鼻口蓋管囊胞の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 55-year-old man visited our hospital with the chief complaint of a nasal dull pain. The smooth-surfaced and elastic soft swelling was identified in the bottom of the left nasal cavity. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging showed a cystic mass in the bottom of the nasal cavity. He was clinically diagnosed as a nasopalatine duct cyst and received endonasall fenestration of the cyst to the left nasal cavity with a rigid endoscope under general anesthesia. Pathological finding was compatible with a nasopalatine duct cyst. The clinical course was uneventful after the surgery.
