はじめに

　喉頭蓋囊胞は日常臨床において比較的よく遭遇する良性疾患であるが，自覚症状に乏しく機能障害もきたしにくいため臨床上あまり注目されないことが多い。しかし，腫大するに従い，喉の違和感や嚥下障害などを訴えるようになり，手術適応になる例も存在する。今回われわれは当科で手術を行った喉頭蓋囊胞について臨床的検討を行ったので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

　We clinically investigated 20 cases（29 cysts）of epiglottic cysts treated with laryngomicrosurgery in our hospital between January 2007 and March 2016.

　Average of the age was 54.4 years-old, and 13 cases were males and 7 cases were females. Weerda-type direct laryngoscope was effective for the approach to the cysts, and scissors and suction tube for laryngomicrosurgery covered with silicone tube were useful for resection or marsupialization of the cysts with coagulation and cutting by electrotome. Histopathologically, 23 epidermoid, 3 retention, and 3 brachial cysts were diagnosed. Recurrences were occurred in two cysts（6.9％）.
