中間鎖骨上神経と外側鎖骨上神経の分岐部より発生した神経鞘腫例

A case of schwannoma originated from the furcation of middle supraclavicular nerve and lateral supraclavicular nerve

Ⅰ．はじめに

　頸神経由来の神経鞘腫は後頸部に，腕神経叢由来の神経鞘腫は鎖骨上に無痛性で表面平滑な腫瘤として触知することが多いとされる^1）。今回われわれは頸部の皮下腫瘤を主訴とし，中間鎖骨上神経と外側鎖骨上神経の分岐部より発生した稀な神経鞘腫の症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

□Abstract

　Schwannoma originated from the furcation of right middle supraclavicular nerve and lateral supraclavicular nerve was removed. This tumor was diagnosed of schwannoma preoperatively by fine needle aspiration cytology. Generally,it is difficult to diagnose the schwannoma preoperatively. We conclude that additional immunological examination of S-100 protein in cytology was effective.
