I．はじめに

　梅毒は梅毒トレポネーマによる性感染症であるが，患者数は戦後ペニシリンによる治療により減少している。最近は，性風俗の多様化により咽頭感染症例の報告が散見され，耳鼻咽喉科医が日常診療で遭遇する可能性が示唆されている^1～4）。

　今回，われわれは咽頭梅毒の1症例を経験したので報告する。

　We report a case of pharyngeal syphilis. A 21-year-old women complained of an increasing sore throat and fever of 39 degrees. Serological testing showed high RPR and TPLA titers. She worked in sex industry four months ago. According to these findings,we diagnosed it as pharyngeal syphilis. A growing number of pharyngeal syphilis cases has been expected.
