Ⅰ．はじめに
上顎洞異物は近年，歯科インプラント治療の普及とともに歯科材料による医原性異物症例が増加している。今回，インプラント治療中にその歯科材料の迷入による上顎洞異物で，内視鏡下鼻内手術にて異物摘出をした症例を経験したので報告する。
We reported a case of the maxillary sinus foreign body with an implant material. A 34-year-old man had the implant entered in the maxillary sinus during dental treatment. The implant was removed by endoscopic sinus surgery.
