I．はじめに

　声帯粘膜下出血は，耳鼻咽喉科日常診療において稀ならず遭遇する疾患で，多くは保存的治療により軽快する。今回われわれは，声帯粘膜下出血を反復する症例に対し，レーザーで責任血管を焼灼し良好な結果を得たので報告する。

A 40-year-old woman complained of hoarseness. Submucosal hematoma was noted in the right vocal cord. She was given hemostatic medications and was instructed to take voice rest. After the hematoma disappeared,an extended blood vessel running over the full length of the vocal cord was seen. Hoarseness became worse every several months with recurrent vocal cord hematoma. The blood vessel was coagulated under general anesthesia using CO₂ laser. After the operation,the vessel disappeared and there has been no recurrence of hematoma or hoarseness for 3 years.
