反回神経麻痺を生じた腺腫様甲状腺腫の1例

Recurrent nerve paralysis caused by adenomatous goiter

Ⅰ．はじめに

　甲状腺良性腫瘍において反回神経麻痺をきたすことは比較的稀である^1,2）。今回われわれは，術前から腺腫様甲状腺腫によって反回神経麻痺をきたした症例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of a benign thyroid lesion with recurrent nerve palsy was reported. A 56-year-old woman consulted a physician with globus sensation. The recurrent nerve paralysis was observed. The imaging showed a tumor in the thyroid. Since malignancy was suspected, operation was performed. The pathologic diagnosis was adenomatous goiter. We should be aware that recurrent nerve paralysis could be caused by a benign tumor of the thyroid.
