Abstract 文献概要

（R1-7AM−11）　過去5年間の硝子体手術の際に水晶体摘出術と眼内レンズ挿入術を行った202眼を遡及的に評価した。白内障単独手術を行った308眼を対照とした。同時手術群では，一過性眼圧上昇が61眼（30％），後発白内障が48眼（24％），フィブリン析出が35眼（17％），眼内レンズ偏位が7眼（2％）にあった。対照群では，それぞれ6％，19％，1％，2％であった。同時手術ではこれらの合併症が起こりやすいが，重篤ではなく，必要があればこれを行う利点が大きいと結論される。

We reviewed 202 eyes which received simultaneous vitrectomy, lens extraction and intraocular lens implantation during the past 5 years. Another series of 308 eyes, which received cataract surgery alone, served as control. Postoperative complications in 202 eyes in the former group comprised temporary elevation of intraocular pressure 61 eyes (30%) , aftercataract 48 eyes (24%) , fibrinous exudate 35 eyes (17%) , and dislocation of intraocular lens 7 eyes (2%) . Complica-tions in the control group were, respectively 6%, 19%, 1% and 2 %. The findings show that simultaneous vitreous and cataract surgery is advocated if necessary in spite of higher risk of these minor postoperative complications.
