（R1-7PM-3）　さまざまな疾患において，ヘルパーT細胞Thにおけるサイトカイン産生の比率（丁h1／Th2比）が免疫制御に重要であるといわれている。筆者らは，フローサイトメーターを用いて春季カタル患者3症例の結膜から採取されたT細胞における結膜インターフェロン（lFN）-y産生T細胞／インターロイキン（lL）-4産生T細胞比を求め，治療前後における変化を検討した。3症例ともにステロイド点眼または内服後に結膜正FN-y産生T細胞／lL-4産生T細胞比の増加がみられた。これより，結膜正FN-y産生T細胞／lL-4産生T細胞比は春季カタルの重症度に相関していることが示唆された。

We evaluated the cytokine-producing cells in the conjunctival smear in 3 male patients with vernal conjunctivitis. All were males aged 8, 12 and 20 years respectively. Flowcytometry was used to determine the frequency of interferon-r and interleukin-4 producing T cells. All the cases showed increase in the ratio of interferon- r/interleukin-4 producing T cells after treatment with topical or systemic corticosteroids. The findings suggest that this ratio of T cells in the conjunctival smear is related with the severity of vernal conjunctivitis.
