Abstract 文献概要

（G-7AM-5）　筆者らが開発した光覚測定装置Low Vision Evaluatorで，網膜色素変性症3例での光認知能を検索した。従来の検査法では評価が困難な重症例でも，簡便に視機能の評価が可能であった。Lipo-prostaglandin E₁（Lipo-PGE₁）の全身投与で，自覚的視機能が改善した2症例で，本装置による視機能評価を行った。背景光のある条件では応答に変化がなかったが，背景光のない条件では投与直後に応答が増加した。この結果から，Lipo-PGE₁が主に杆体に作用していると推定された。

We evaluated the light perception threshold in 3 patients of retinitis pigmentosa using a Low Vision Evaluator developed by us. It was possible to assess the visual function in advanced cases with visual acuity at hand motion or less with this method. We also evaluated 2 cases who noted improved subjective vision after systemic lipo-prostaglandin E₁ (lipo-PGE₁) . There was no change in response in the presence of background illumination and increased response in its absence immediately after systemic lipo-PGE₁. These findings show that lipo-PGE₁ may be acting on the rods in the retina.
