Abstract 文献概要

　仮性同色表の自動提示装置の開発過程において検査時の偽陰性をなくす目的で，175名男子を対象に表の提示時間を短縮する試みをした。その結果，従来の方法では見逃される軽度色覚異常者をふるい分けることが可能であることが示せた。また，被験者の答を入力するまで次のプログラムに移行しないようにしたので，被験者は急いで答えなければならないという心理的圧迫なしに，落ち着いて答えられるようになった。なお，結果の入力の方法には改善の余地がある。

We performed screening test of congenital color vision defects with a short exposure time of 0.4 second to minimize false-negative responses. We used an automated display system of pseudoiso-chromatic plates developed by us. A group of 175 males, including 7 with congenital defective color vision, were tested. As the result, subjects with verymild color defect, who passed conventional screen-ing tests with longer exposure time, were detected. The present system was programmed to proceed to the next step after the examinee gave an answer as input. The examinee was thus freed from the mental press to immediately give an answer. The present system seemed to be in need of a refinement in the method of input of response from the exami-nee.
