脈絡膜転移腫瘍の放射線療法

Radiation therapy for metastatic choroidal tumors

　脈絡膜転移腫瘍2例3眼に対し，外眼角を照射野の前縁とし，他眼の白内障を避けるため後方に5°角度をつけてLinac X線を側方照射した。症例1は35歳，女性で，乳癌の両眼性脈絡膜転移で，左眼は漿液性網膜剥離を伴っていた。症例2は59歳，男性で，悪性リンパ腫の片眼性脈絡膜転移であった。放射線治療後，転移巣は瘢痕化し，症例1での漿液性網膜剥離も消失した。また白内障，角膜びらんなどの障害も認められず，良好な経過をとった。

We treated 3 eyes in 2 cases of metastatic chor-oidal malignancy by applying x-ray angled 5°from a linear accelerator. One case was a 35-year-old female with breast cancer metastatized in both choroids. The second was a 59-year-old male withchoroidal metastasis in one eye from malignant lymphoma of the cerebellum. Immediate regression of the tumor followed in all the eyes with resolution of secondary retinal detachment. The treatment was free of complications including cataract or corneal erosion.
