　仮性同色表をその提示条件を満足するように提示できる自動装置を開発した。小型化のため検査距離が短く，表が小さい東京医大式色覚検査表（全5表）を使用し，提示時間を0.4秒として，偽陰性を少なくした。今回は反応の入力をテンキーで行えるようにし，検者の意図が介入せず，使いやすいものにした。これで，この種の装置の基本型は完成した。

　仮性同色表の提示を機械化することは，本来の簡便さをなくすが，提示順序の無作為化や提示時間が正確になり，信頼度が高くなる。さらに内蔵させる表を選ぶことにより，仮性同色表の本来の目的である検出のみに限定できる。またスクリーニングのさいに色覚異常者のプライバシーが容易に保てる。

We developed an automated display system of pseudoisochromatic plates to standardize the test conditions. We could reduce the size of the proto-type by introducing Tokyo Medical College Color Vision Test, TMC plates, which require lesser read-ing distance. Shortening of presentation to 0.4 sec-ond resulted in less false negative responses.

We attached a ten-key system as method of inputby the examinee as the final improvement to the system. The present system has various advan-tages. The test results would be more reliable than by conventional procedures because of exact test conditions and random order of presentation of plates. Further, color-defective examinees can be tested confidentially and are freed from the uneasi-ness when they make false answers.
