後天色覚異常用仮性同色表の製作に関する研究

Studies on pseudoisochromatic plates for acquired color vision defects

　「標準色覚検査表第2部後天異常用」を製作し，その内容の紹介と共に，製作の基礎となった臨床的，実験的根拠を述べた。

　青黄異常は，中心性網脈絡膜症58眼中43眼に検出され，この結果はAO-HRR表の青黄異常用表やパネルD−15による検出成績とよく一致した。

　赤緑異常はエタンブトール視神経症24眼中19眼，視神経萎縮7眼全例に検出された。

　本表の青黄異常検出表，赤緑異常検出表は，ごく軽い異常まで鋭敏に検出することができる。ただし，後天色覚異常は先天色覚異常と違って，一元的に診断あるいは判定できるものではない。後天異常においては，青黄異常と赤緑異常が互いに独立でなく，正常と軽い異常の区別も劃然となしえないからである。

　なお，本表の青黄異常検出表によって，先天性第三異常も検出することができる。

　Acquired color vision defectiveness cannot be properly evaluated by means of pseudoisochromatic plates because first, all the available pseudoisochromatic plates are designed to test congenital color vision defects, and second, the character of acquired color vision defectiveness is indefinite. As pseudoisochromatic plates are convenient for screening and as the preliminary test for more detailed examinations, we devised pseudoisochromatic plates for testing solely acquired color vision defects.

　We prepared numerous experimental plates to detect the blue-yellow or the red-green defect.
