要約　背景：眼瞼痙攣の病因として，遺伝的素因や薬物の使用などが指摘されているが，確立されていない。目的：眼瞼痙攣が生じた親子4組の報告。症例：眼瞼痙攣と診断された4組は，いずれも母親とその子であり，80歳の母親と57歳の娘，56歳の母親と22歳の息子，故人となった母親と52歳の娘，年齢不詳の母親と29歳の息子である。抗不安薬であるベンゾジアゼピン系薬物の内服歴が3症例にあった。結論：眼瞼痙攣が4組の親子にあったことから，本症には遺伝的素因のあることが推定され，これに加齢，環境因子，ベンゾジアゼピン系薬物の服用などが加わると発症する可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report four pairs of mother and child who were diagnosed with blepharospasm. Cases：The 4 pairs of blepharospasm comprised a mother and daughter（80 and 57 years）, mother and son（56 and 22 years）, mother and daughter（deceased and 52 years）, and mother and son（age unknown and 29 yeas）. Three ceses had the history of intake of benzoziazepine. Conclusion：The present cases suggest that blepharospasm may be hereditary. Aging, environmental factors, and intake of benzoziazepine may contribute to the manifestation of blepharospasm.
