要約　目的：タフルプロストの長期点眼による眼副作用の頻度と関連事象の報告。対象と方法：緑内障または高眼圧症で6か月以上タフルプロスト点眼をしている58例58眼を対象とした。男性33例，女性25例で，年齢は31～81歳（平均56歳）である。点眼開始前と6か月後に開瞼時と閉瞼時の状態を細隙灯で撮影記録した。アンケートで自覚的評価を調査した。結果：写真判定で，睫毛伸長が47％，睫毛剛毛化が28％，眼瞼多毛が28％，眼瞼色素沈着が26％，虹彩色素沈着が35％にあった。他覚的所見と自覚的評価は必ずしも一致しなかった。結論：タフルプロストの6か月間の点眼で，眼瞼または虹彩の副作用が26～47％の頻度で生じた。これに対する患者の認容度は比較的良好であった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the incidence and related findings after use of tafluprost ophthalmic solution for 6 months. Cases and Method：This prospective study was made on 58 eyes of 58 patients who received tafluprost for 6 months or longer. The series comprised 33 males and 25 females. The age ranged from 31 to 81 years,average 56 years. Each eye was photographed by slit-lamp microscope before and after treatment. Subjective findings were evaluated by questionnaire. Results：Photographic documentation showed,after 6 months of treatment,prolongation of eyelashes in 47％,bristling of eyelashes in 28％,hypertrichosis of the eyelid in 28％,pigmentation in the eyelid in 26％,and iris pigmentation in 35％. Subjective feeling did not match the objective findings. Conclusion：Topical tafluprost for 6 months induced complications in the eyelid or the iris at the frequency of 26％ to 47％. The complications were generally accepted by the patients.
