Abstract 文献概要

　葡萄膜炎患者4名に対し硝子体手術を施行し，その硝子体中および末梢血中のリンパ球サブセットについてOKシリーズのモノクローナル抗体を用いて比較検討した．

　症例　1（ベーチェット病で黄斑部裂孔を伴う），症例2（ベーチェット病で硝子体混濁が強く網膜剥離を伴う）においては硝子体中と末梢血中リンパ球サブセットは同様の変動を示した．症例3（分類不能の全葡萄膜炎で硝子体混濁が強い）および症例4（桐沢型葡萄膜炎で裂孔原性網膜剥離を伴う）においては硝子体中と末梢血中のリンパ球サブセットには何ら相関関係は認められなかった．硝子体中に認められた細胞は主としてリンパ球で，その他に形質細胞，マクロファージ，線維芽細胞，赤血球，好中球が認められた．これらのことより硝子体中リンパ球サブセットの変動を末梢血のそれと比較することによりblood-retinal barrierの破綻の程度を推測できるのではないかと考えた．

We evaluated the lymphocyte subsets in the vitreous and peripheral blood in 4 patients with uveitis. The vitreous sample was obtained during vitrectomy. We employed reactivity with mono-clonal antibodies to the surface antigens of OKT3⁺, OKT4⁺, OKT8⁺ and OKTal⁺.

Lymphocyte subsets in the vitreous correlated well with those in peripheral blood in a case withBehçet disease and macular hole and in another with Behçet disease and retinal detachment. No correlation was present between lymphocyte sub-sets in the vitreous and the peripheral blood in a case with pan-uveitis and severe vitreous opacity and in another with pan-uveitis and rheg-matogenous retinal detachment. Throughout the present series, cells in the vitreous were mainly lymphocytes. The findings indicated that the degree of disturbances in the blood-ocular barrier affected the lymphocyte subsets in the vitreous.
