ぶどう膜炎の続発緑内障に対するトラベクロトミー・トラベクレクトミー併用手術の成績

Trabeculotomy combined with trabeculectomy for glaucomas secondary to uveitis

　アセタゾラミド内服を含む薬物治療で眼圧がコントロールできないぶどう膜炎の続発緑内障13眼に対して，トラベクロトミーとトラベクレクトミーの併用手術を行い，10眼が点眼治療併用または無治療で眼圧が20mmHg以下にコントロールされた。しかし，5眼では併発白内障が進行した為に，1.5か月から1年5か月後に白内障手術を追加した。

Trabeculotomy combined with trabeculectomy were performed in 13 eyes with medically un-controlled glaucomas secondary to uveitis. Pos-toperatively, the intraocular pressures of 10 eyes (76.9%) were 20mmHg or less with and without topical medications, but in 5 eyes (38.5%) compli-cated cataracts developed and cataract operations were performed from 1.5 to 17 months after com-bined operation.
