　我々は，exposcd typeとintra-papillary typeの視神経乳頭ドルーゼの2症例を経験した。

（1）検眼鏡的にexposed typeは多数の黄白色に輝く塊状のドルーゼが観察されたが，intra-papillary typeでは乳頭浮腫の所見を示しドルーゼは観察されなかった。

（2）2症例ともフィルターにより乳頭の偽螢光を除去すると，ドルーゼの自発螢光を認めた。

（3）超音波Bスキャン検査でドルーゼの強い反射エコーを検出し，視神経乳頭ドルーゼの診断に極めて有用であった。

（4）2症例とも視力低下と視野障害を示した。

Two cases of drusen of the optic disc were report-ed, one being an exposed case and the other an intrapapillary one.

Ophthalmoscopy revealed multiple refractile drusen on the optic disc in the exposed case, while papilledema without distinctly visible drusen was the outstanding feature in the intra-papillary case.

Autofluoreascence of drusen was detected in two cases by means of the filters removing pseudofluo-rescence of the optic disc.

B-scan ultrasonography showed marked refrac-tion in the site of drusen with low energy levels, and was very useful for the diagnosis of drusen of the optic disc.
