高度の乳頭径拡大を認めた小児の特発性埋没型視神経乳頭ドルーゼンの1例

Idiopathic buried optic disc drusen with prominently enlarged disc in a child

　9歳，男児の特発性埋没型視神経乳頭ドルーゼンの臨床像を記載した。右眼視力低下を主訴に受診し，初診時，右眼矯正視力0.8，右眼眼底に約1mmの高さの乳頭浮腫を認めた。通常の視神経乳頭ドルーゼンと異なり，著明な乳頭径の拡大と，乳頭中央部に明瞭な陥凹があり，その辺縁から乳頭上の血管は出現していた。初診より3週間後には無治療にて右眼矯正視力1.2となり，その後視力低下はない．

A-9-year-old boy presented with visual acuity of 0.8 in the right eye. Papilledema was present and the disc was elevated by 1 mm. He was diagnosed as idiopathic buried optic disc drusen. As unusual features, the disc was enlarged with distinct cupping in the center of choked disc. Vessels were seen to appear from the edge of the cupping. The visual acuity spontaneously improved to 1.2 in 3 weeks.
