Abstract 文献概要

　23歳女性で，比較的急激な片眼性の視力低下をもって発症し，約4週間で視力回復をみ，網膜色素上皮障害と考えられる1例を経験した。その発症から自然治癒までの経過をEOG，螢光眼底造影などで詳細に観察したので報告した。

We observed a case with disturbance of the reti-nal pigment epithelium by findings of fluorescein angiography and EOG. The case had the different picture and course from those of APMPPE (Gass) or Acute Retinal Pigment Epithelitis (Krill).

A 23-year-old woman noted decreased vision in the right eye since three days before. Her visual acuity of the right eye was 0.3 and that of the left was 1.2. Visual field examination revealed a cen-tral scotoma in the right eye. The ocular media and pressure were normal in both eyes. The fundus of the left eye was normal.
