Abstract 文献概要

　急性後極部びまん性脈絡膜炎の4例を報告し，（1）本病は漿液性円盤状黄斑部網膜剥離を来たす一連の疾患として，（2）網膜色素上皮レベルからの螢光漏出点が多発する一連の疾患として考慮さるべきである。

　そして本病の病態は脈絡膜の前毛細血管細動脈の原発性急性非閉塞性炎症により，脈絡膜毛細血管の透過性亢進を来たし，これにより二次的に網膜色素上皮細胞にある外血液網膜柵を破綻し，続発性網膜剥離を来したものと考えた。

Four patients manifested a new clinical entity of inflammatory fundus lesion to which the tenta-tive terminology of acute posterior diffuse choroid-itis is proposed. It is characterized by an acute disciform retinal detachment in the posterior fundus. A few scattered retinal pigment epithelial lesions may appear in the macular area. Fluore-scein angiography reveals a defective choroidal per-fusion and numerous spots of dye leakage at the level of retinal pigment epithelium. Localized retinal pigmented scars were an associating feature in two patients.
