　人工眼内レンズ挿入術を行った50例の症例に術後前眼部螢光撮影を施行し，それらの12眼（24％）に病的螢光漏出の出現を認めた。虹彩よりの螢光漏出の程度と視力の関係では一定の傾向は見出されたかった。

We performed anterior segment fluorescein an-giography in 50 cases of intraocular lens implan-tation. The patterns of the leakage of dye from the vessels of the iris were divided into 5 grades. Grade 0 indicates no leakage from the iris; grade 1, slight lakage at the pupillary margin; grade 2, peripu-pillary leakage alone; grade 3, peripupillary lea-kage with extrapupillary leakage; grade 4, peripu-pillary and extrapupillary paravascular leakage all over the iris with diffusion of the extravasated fluo-rescein.
