Abstract 文献概要

　水晶体嚢内摘出術による人工眼内レンズ挿入術を行なった患者につき，螢光限底撮影にてCMEの発生状況を調査し，視力予後，発生要因について検討を加えた。

（1） CMEの発生頻度は術後8ヵ月までが多い。

（2）発生年齢は60歳，70歳台に多く，高齢者の方が多い傾向が見られた。

（3）長期間CMEが存続する例がある。

（4） CMEの発生率は人工眼内レンズ挿入（31％），非挿入（35％）で差は認めない。

（5） CME発生例の視力予後は，CMEを認めない例と差はなく良好である。

（6）前眼部炎症の強い例すなわち前眼部螢光撮影で漏出の著明な例にCMEの発生率が高い。

（7）前眼部の炎症がtriggerとなりCMEが発生すると推測する。

We performed lens implantation in 98 eyes dur-ing a consecutive series of 2095 cataract surgeries in the past 3 and a half years. We implanted an iris clip lens of Binkhorst following intracapsular ex-traction. Fluorescein angiography was performed postoperatively in 42 of the 98 eyes. Cystoid ma-cular edema was detected in 13(31%) of the 42 eyes. Fluorescein angiography in 20 aphakic eyes without lens implantation showed the presence of cystoid macular edema in 7 eyes (35%). The finding shows that there was no significant difference in theincidence between aphakic eyes with and without lens implantation.
