緒　言

　1966年J．B．wiseらは，傍乳頭ブドウ腫（Peri-Papillary staphyloma）で，その壁が間歇的に収縮する症例を収縮性傍乳頭ブドウ腫（Contractileperipapillary staphyloma）として報告した。今回われわれも検眼鏡的検査で眼底視神経乳頭部，および，これと接する網膜，脈絡膜に先天性の異常所見を認め，かつ，この部分に，奇妙な収縮運動が起る症例を経験したので報告する。

We observed a 13-year-old boy with peripapil-lary staphyloma which showed rhythmic and spontaneous contractile movement. The affected eye was highly myopic (+20 D) and the posterior fundus was staphylomatous with a pigmented ring surrounding the optic disc. The duration of a cycle of contraction and relaxation was about 7 seconds with long intervals of rest. Intraocular pressure during tonography showed periodic acute rises corresponding to the phasc of contraction. CT scanning revealed the presence of a condensed abnormal mass adjacent to the posterior part of the globe.
