脈絡膜の炎症性偽腫瘍の1症例について

A case of inflammatory pseudotumor of the choroid

緒　言

　脈絡膜の腫瘤を呈するものは，良性または悪性腫瘍，特異的炎症または非特異的炎症等によるものが考えられる。脈絡膜の非特異的炎症性偽腫瘍の報告は少ない。報告例^1）において，悪性黒色腫，血管腫，転移性腫瘍を疑われて，眼球摘出をうけている。本症例は硝子体中に著しく隆起した直径約3乳頭径大の脈絡膜腫瘤を試験切除し，病理組織学的検査で炎症性肉芽と診断された興味ある症例である。

This is a case report of a 37-year male who had suspected metastatic choroidal tumor in his left eye. The patient had osteogenic sarcoma of right humerus one year before. On ophthal-moscopy, there was a highly elevated mass of 3 disc diameter at the lower temporal equator in his left eye. The tumor was removed through a trapdoor scleral flap. The postoperative histo-logical examination revealed it to be a chronic-inflammatory granulation of choroid coverd with degenerated retina.
