多発結節性上鞏膜炎（菅沼，靑木）について

On Suganuma & Aoki's Multiple Nodulous Episcleritis

緒言

　菅沼教授は昭和13年第200回の東京眼科集談会の席上において，球結膜に多発する小結節でフリクテン或は腺病性苔癬ではなしに，一種特異な小結節群を有する2例を報告し，該疾患は氏の調べた範囲においては，未だ文献に記載を見ないと述べられている。中島実教授は昭和15年，同様の小結節を認めた2例を追加し，かゝる結節を伴う疾患を菅沼氏多発小結節性眼球結膜炎と呼ぶ事を提唱した。その後，青木平八教授の詳細なる報告によつて本症が体系づけられた。今日迄菅沼，中島，青木教授の報告の外に鹿野，清家，片山，土田，早野，和田，原田，武木氏等の1例報告に接し，文献に留まれる症例は23例を数えている。

　私も最近該疾患に属する5例を経験し，主として細隙燈顕微鏡で観察すると共に，病理組織学的にも検索し，聊かの知見を得たので茲に報告する。

5 cases of the disease were observed with slit-lamp microscop and investigated from the histological viewpoint.

The disease shows a comparatively pellucid small nodules arising multiply on the upper subconjunctival, mainly on the episcleral zone, and can be seen as each nodules in the macroscopic observation, whereas it is observed inconspicuously in the observation under slit lamp and the diffuse infiltrate will be noted in the restrictive state in general.

The irritation of antigen antibody reaction of an arthus type based upon the tuberculous allergy seems to be an onset-cause of the disease.
