The skin reaction tests with procain penicillin less than 500 units were conducted for 3 patients who suffered mainly from blepharoedema and pruritus, and then serious or slight schock reactions were occurred on those 3 patients.

Edema on the symptom of eye were characteristic and the state in falling of the blood pressure seemed to be the important aspect.

On the antigenicity of penicillin provocative tests with mono-sensitization of procain-penicillin and crystal-penicillin and preliminary treatment of sensitization of staphylococci oil emulsion etc. on guinea-pigs, rabbits and mice were false positive sign.
