Abstract 文献概要

　著者等は脳下垂体腫瘍と診断した偏癱を合併せる患者の臨床経過を5ヵ月間観察し死後剖見の結果巨大な嚢腫化せる頭蓋咽頭腫を発見した興味ある例を経験したので報告する。

　症例：43歳女子，初診昭和29年11月2日。

43 yrs. old female has complained of lateral vision disturbance of left eye which were aggra-vating gradually since 2.5 yrs. ago. Since 3 months ago, she has noted lateral vision distur-bance of right eye and this signaggravated too gradually. Occasional motor disturbance of ri-ght lower and upper extremities which would be improveds pontaneously have been presented since 1.5 yrs. ago. One week ago, the abrupt motor disturbance of right lower and upper ex-tremities were appeared. As ocular symptoms, bilateral simple optic atrophy, right lateral he-mianopsia were presented. Vision were 0.7 in right and 0 in left.
