頭蓋咽頭腫の症例について

The cases of craniopharyngioma

序

　頭蓋咽頭腫は，鞍上腫瘍として多くの人によつて扱われている。井街氏（昭和29年）は視交叉とその附近の腫瘍29例中，11例に，柳田氏（昭和28年）は81例中23例，尾上氏（昭和30年）は兵庫医大眼科で21例，生井氏（昭和30年）は42例中，12例にみとめられている。

　柳田氏は，本症の眼症状に就いて23例から各種の考案を試みられている。

The histological findings of craniopharyngioma in craniotomy in the three case which showed chronic and acute symptom-mainly the disturbance of vision, have been stated.

Case Ⅰ. A male of 39 years old (the first consultation; Nov.5, 1955). Complained a disturbance of vision and heteronyma temporalis. Normal eyeground, scotoma centrale (+), and see-saw process were observed. High dysfunction of the hypophisis and mental dysfunction. The X-ray photogaaph of the head and the image of the blood vessel were normal. The venticulograph showed the suspicion of cerebral tumor. He died 4 days after the craniotomy.
