（48）自記眼精疲労計の試作並びにその応用

A autographic asthenopiameter and its clinical application.

　近来眼精疲労患者の増加の傾向が注意されているが，その本態についてはなお未解決の点が少なくない。戦後Aniseikoniaが論ぜられる様になり，之が眼精疲労とも関係あることはわかつたが，然しaniseikoniaそれ自身がなお研究途上にある状態で，これのみで眼精疲労の機序を解明することは出来ない。従来の研究で論ぜられている調節と輻輳はやはり，眼精疲労の本態と深い因果関係にあることは疑のないところである。但しそれが第1義的な因子であるか或は第2義的なものかは，それぞれの場合で決められる問題である。

　Otero （1951）は，視機能を営む上に，調節状態が如何に影響するかを研究したが，かように調節作用は，視機能に関係し，更にそれが眼精疲労ともつながるものである。

It is no doubtful that the accommodation and convergence have been related with the pro-gress of asthenopia. Neverthless, the apparatus to measure the accommodation minutely are very rare. The new apparatus which can measure the accomodation minutely was crea-ted and the accommodation time were measured in the puncher of the punching machine of I. B. M. counter system and some clinical cases. This apparatus should be called from its pe-rformance as the continuous autographic recording apparatus of accommodation time, distance of near point and reaction time.
