緒言
著者等は，前報1）でフルオレスセイン前房染色法を白内障術後経過良好な症例について応用し，それらの前房の回復と視力の改善がフルオレスセイン（以下fluo．と略記）の前房内出現時間の推移と密接な関連のあることを報告した。
今回はこれと相前後するが，本法のstandardを確立をすべく正常眼に応用したところ，fluo．の出現パターンと出現時間についてほぼ満足のゆく結果がえられたので報告する。またこれと併せて白内障手術中硝子体脱出を合併した症例，ならびに白内障手術後虹彩炎の長期間消失しない症例についても同様の観察を行なつたところ，興味ある知見をえたので報告する。
In a previous study the authors reported on vital staining in the anterior chamber of 25 aphakic eyes with uneventful round pupils by use of intravenous injection of fluorescein. In the present study, the authers report the circu-latory dynamics of fluorescent dye in the an-terior chamber regarding 50 normal eyes, 29 aphakic eyes complicated with vitreous loss, and 3 eyes with longstanding postoperative iri-docyclitis.
The results of this study are as follows;
In normal cases, the appearance time of fluorescent dye in the anterior chamber ranged between 10 to 30 minutes in 74% of these cases.
