フルオレスセイン前房染色による人工的無水晶体眼の検討

The Value of the Vital Staining of Anterior Chamber with Fluorescein in Aphakia

緒言

　Fluorescein-Na溶液（以下F．と略記）静脈注射において，正常では，この色素が血漿蛋白と結合しやすいため血液房水柵をほとんど通過せず，血中濃度に比較して，前房内濃度は非常に低い。しかし，白内障手術後では，この血液房水柵が破壊されるために，F．は容易に前房内に出現し，肉眼的にも確認することができる。

　そこで，著者らはこの事実にもとづき，無水晶体眼の前房の回復過程の良否を明確にするために，白内障術後にF．の静脈注射を行ない，前房内への出現の仕方を観察したところ，2,3の知見を得たので報告する。

The study of the vital stain in anterior cham-ber in aphakia was made by utilizing intrave-nous injection of fluorescein. A total of 25 eyes were recorded for this study, including eyes that have had uneventful round pupil intracap-sular lens extraction performed on them.

At the same time, corrected vision, corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth and vitreous herniation were studied during the postopera-tive convalescent stage. Results :

1) Fluorescein appeared at the pupillary mar-gin after intravenous injection in almost all cases in their first postoperative week.
