緒言
Primary angle-closure glaucomaにおいて,pupillary blockが眼圧上昇の要因を占めることはすでに広く認められているが,その房水動態を直接観察した報告はない。
著者はこの度fluorescein-Na溶液(以下Fと略記)の結膜下注射による前房染色法1)〜4)と,prone-position test (以下PPTと略記)とを併用することにより,pupillary blockの状態における房水動態に種々の型があることを知り得たので,その結果と緑内障診断への応用について報告する。
A pupillary aqueous flow from the posterior chamber to the anterior chamber through the strongly miotic pupil was observed as a clear non-stained vesicle or thin line, when the anterior chamber was thoroughly stained with fluorescein. Changes of the pupillary flow was observed before and after the prone-position by the slit lamp.
Generally speaking, the continuous thin flow of the clear aqueous was seen in subjects with narrow angle and the intermittent vesicular one in open angle. After the prone-position for one hour, the flow pattern was variously cha-nged.
