Effect of Topically Applied Lysozyme Preparation (Eyebelle Collyre)

緒言

　リゾチームは1922年Flemingにより発見された酵素で，体液や分泌液中に含まれており，その多彩な薬理作用は各科領域で注目を集めている。アイベルDはよ塩化リゾチームを0.5％含有する点眼液で，今回私どもは，本剤を前眼部疾患に使用し，若干の知見を得たので報告する。

Ophthalmic solution containing 0.5% lysozy-me chloride (Eyebelle D) was administered 4to 6 times a day for 30 cases with corneal or conjunctival irritation of nonbacterial origin. Improvement in objective and subjective signs resulted in 70% of the treated cases.
