緒　言

　視神経乳頭窩に黄斑剥離を合併することはPit-macular syndromeとしてよく知られているが，その成因については未だ不明な部分が多い。今回著者は視神経乳頭欠損にPit-macular syndromeと同様の所見を呈した症例に遭遇し，細隙燈顕微鏡検査，螢光眼底撮影により，黄斑部扁平剥離の由来に関し検討したので報告する。

A 22-year-old female developed flat detachment of the posterior retina in association with coloboma of the optic disc in her left eye. The corrected visual acuity was 0.6. The right eye was normal. Fluo-rescein angiography showed an intensified back-ground fluorescence in the macula suggestive of disturbed pigment epithelium. Gradual dye effusion was observed from the cupping into the submacular space.

Biomicroscopic observation of the fundus using optical section showed the surface of the detached retina to be more elevated in the juxtapapillary area than in the macula.
