緒言

　Fluorescein-Na （以後Fと略記）結膜下注射による前房染色法^1）2）は，微量のFにて高濃度の前房染色が可能であり，各種前眼部疾患診断への応用はもとより，その他の臨床ならびに研究への応用範囲が広いものである。

　著者は第1報^3）において，結膜下注射されたFの前房への流入経路について隅角鏡を使用して観察し，また正常眼温流について観察撮影し，その成績を報告した。今回はこの方法を各種眼疾患者に応用し，さらに点眼剤による温流の変化を経時的に観察し，撮影することができたのでその成績を報告する。

Vital staining of the anterior chamber was performed by injection of 0.2ml of 0.5% fluo-rescein intothe subconjunctiva at the 12 o'clock. This is a useful diagnostic tool in the diag-nosis of pupillary block, posterior synechie, and pathological conditions of the cornea and the lens.

Instillation of miotic solution increased the convection current of the anterior chamber, while mydriatic solution decreased it. When the anterior chamber was completely stained with a moderate miosis, a narrow line of non-stained aqueous went usually from the upper border of the pupil.
