Abstract 文献概要

　10歳の生来健康な男子で，右眼痛，頭痛，右眼視力障害を訴え，黄斑部に漿液性網膜剥離を認めた後部強膜炎の1例を報告した。螢光眼底検査で，剥離部に多数の小点状，斑状の螢光色素が出現し，しだいに融合し，網膜下へ貯留する所見が得られた。剥離の消退後は二次的な色素上皮層の障害を暗示する顆粒状の螢光を示す部分と黒いhypo—flurescenceを示す所見が認められた。CT検査，超音波検査法では異常所見は検出されなかった。ステロイド剤の全身投与により症状は軽快し，視力も1.5に回復した。

A hitherto healthy 10-year-old boy developed headache and pain in the right eye. Acute loss of vision developed in the right eye 4 weeks later and the patient came to us for medical advice. Funduscopy of the right eye revealed chorioretinal folds along the papillomacular bundle and localized serous retinal detachment involving the macula and extending temporally. Fluorescein angio-graphy showed the presence of numerous dots of dye leakage during the early venous phase and intense dye pooling in the subretinal space of the detached area.
