I．緒言

　著者はさきにLincomycin （以下LCM）の点眼，結膜下および球後注射など局所使用の眼組織内移行について報告したが，今回はこの全身投与の成績について記載する。

The penetration of Lincomycin (LCM) into tissues of rabbit eye was studied following oral, intramuscular or intravenous administration. Fol-lowing results were obtained :

1. After oral administration of 100mg/kg, ap-preciable aqueous humour level was noticed in 1 to 3 hours. Appreciable concentration was present not only in tissues of the anterior seg-ment, but also in the posterior segment of the eye.

2. Following intramuscular injection of 100 mg/kg, the aqueous humour level attained the peak of 2.9mcg/ml after one hour and remained for 6 hours. The tissue concentration was also excellent.
