I．緒言

　著者が前に臨眼第18巻第7号で述べた如く，ブラストサイジンは，近年，農薬として広く使用されている抗イモチ病の新しい抗生物質である。

　ブラストサイジンと従来用いられている水銀剤とを混和したブラエスM粉剤が，水田へ撒布の際，眼に飛入すると眼障害を訴えることがあり，かかる患者が各地に続々発生したのに鑑み，まずブラストサイジンの1％，0.1％，0.05％，0.01％，水溶液及びブラエスM粉剤を家兎眼に点眼，点入し，その臨床経過及び病理組織学的所見について報告した。今回は，ブラストサイジン水溶液を前房及び硝子体内に注入した際に起る眼障害について検討したので，その成績を述べる。

Rabbit experiments were conducted over the toxic nature of Blasticidin, which is a new antibiotic agent against the rice blasts and which has been found to cause ocular irritation after surface application. The present paper isintended as a continuation of an earlier one by the same author which appeared in Jap. J. Clin. Ophth. 18( 7 ) : 813-823, 1964.

0.01% Blasticidin solution, which had been found to be innocuous on external application, was injected either into the anterior chamber at the dose of 0.1ml or into the vitreous at the dose of 0.2ml. The clinical and pathological conditions were followed up to one month.
