Ⅰ．緒言

　會て対眼窩腫瘍放射線療法によつて惹起されたと思考せられる脳損傷の剖検の一例を経験したので報告したが，其の後，更に，網膜膠腫の一例及び涙腺癌の一例に放射線療法を行い，その後，これらの例について，脳波及び其の他の検査を行い軽い脳損傷がある事を知り得た。此の様にして，眼腫瘍に対する放射線療法は多少とも脳損傷を惹起する危険が伴うので，特に十分な注意を要し，従来の照射法をさけて，回転照射法を採用して，脳損傷を可及的避く可きであるように思われる。私共の自験した例を簡単に報告する。

We treated 2 women with operation and afterwards Radiotherapy. One potient aged 44 was suffering from Adenocarcinoma lacrima-le, the another aged 43 from Retinoblastoma. Against the former, 2 courses of Radiotherapie totalled 10200γ were used, against the later one course of Radiotherapie totalled 4600γ.

Clinically they have no sign except the sick eye and hard hearing of the ear of the same side with sick eye, but E. E. G shows the disturbance of the Rindsfunction in the frontal and temporal Areas of the same side with sick eye.
