緑内障手術後発生した低眼圧性鬱血乳頭の成因

The Genesis of the papillodema due to the hypointraccular pressure after the Operation for the glaucoma.

I．緒言

　元来，鬱血乳頭は脳性鬱血乳頭，全身疾患の場合に現れる鬱血乳頭，局所的疾患による鬱血乳頭等に分類されている。この局所的疾患による鬱血乳頭は眼窩疾患及び副鼻腔疾患等による視束の求心性淋巴路の圧迫阻害による場合と眼圧の低下に因る場合とがある。

　私共は緑内障手術後，低眼圧を生じていたが，重労働後，鬱血乳頭を生じた一例を経験した。この鬱血乳頭の成因について，私共の見解を述べて見たい。

A patient developed papilloedema one month after conrneoscleral trephining operation. Al-though the operation had been performed on both eyes, papilloedema cccurred only in one eye in which hypotension had persisted since the operation. The papilloedema, which was induced by strenuous activity while caught in a natural catastrophe, has been lasting for 3 years.

The authors have observed no case of papil-loedema during the hypotonic phase that usu-ally results one to three weeks after opera-tions for glaucoma or cataract.
