眼窩内に発生したAdamantinoma

I．緒言

　眼窩に発生する嚢性腫瘍は小眼球の場合に於ける嚢腫，Encephalocele，後天的漿液性嚢腫，皮様嚢腫，Cystensarcoma （充実性腫瘍の軟化）による腫瘍，寄生虫による嚢腫，続発性嚢腫等があるが，最近では，小島克教授及び其の門下生が眼窩に発生した嚢性の混合腫瘍の一例を報告している。私共はこれ等の何れにも属さない嚢性腫瘍で，甚だ興味のある眼窩内に発育したAdaman—tinomaを経験した。

　元来，Adamantinomaは歯の原基である琺瑯器に由来する上皮性腫瘍であつて，本腫瘍の定型的な組織像は琺瑯器の構造に酷似していて，胞巣状構造を呈示していて，元来は良性腫瘍に属するが，臨床上では，やや悪性の発育傾向のある腫瘍として取り扱われている。

A man aged 32, had a walnutgreat cyst. Its tumor had no connection with Paranasal Cavities. We could confirm it by Röntgeno-gram injecting Urografin into the cyst.

The cyst was filled with mucus. There were many cells like the fat cell with many granule in mucus. We could extract the cyst, and could confirm histo-pathologically that the cyst was Adamatinoma.
