要約　目的：1mlあたりチモロール5mgとラタノプロスト50μgを含む点眼薬を1日1回3か月間点眼した結果の報告。対象と方法：緑内障13例25眼を対象とした。内訳は原発開放隅角緑内障14眼，正常眼圧緑内障10眼，落屑緑内障1眼である。年齢は58～90歳，平均78歳であった。結果：平均眼圧は治療前には19.0±4.6mmHgで，3か月後には13.3±2.5mmHgに有意に低下した（p＜0.0001）。点状表層角膜炎には有意な変化はなかった。有害事象として眼刺激感が13眼（52％）に生じた。結論：チモロールとラタノプロスト配合点眼薬は，3か月間の点眼で，正常眼圧緑内障を含む開放隅角緑内障眼に対し，有意の眼圧下降効果を示した。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome after 3-months of instillation of ophthalmic solution containing 5 mg timolol and 50μg latanoprost per milliliter. Cases：This study was made on 25 eyes of 13 glaucoma patients. The series comprised primary open-angle glaucoma 14 eyes,normal-tension glaucoma 10 eyes,and capsular glaucoma one eye. The age ranged from 58 to 90 years,average 78 years. Results：Intraocular pressure（IOP）averaged 19.0±4.6 mmHg before instillation and 13.3±2.5 mmHg 3 months after instillation once daily. The difference was significant（p＜0.0001）. There was no change in the score of superficial punctate keratopathy（SPK）. Topical irritation was the most frequent complication in 13 eyes（52％）. Conclusion：IOP decreased significantly after 3 months of instillation once daily of ophthalmic solution containing timolol and latanoprost.
