要約　目的：汎ぶどう膜炎が併発した潰瘍性大腸炎3症例の報告。症例：症例はそれぞれ27歳女性，33歳女性，44歳男性である。潰瘍性大腸炎の診断からぶどう膜炎の発症までの期間は，それぞれ3年，13年，23年であり，1例はメサラジン，2例は副腎皮質ステロイドを内服中であった。ぶどう膜炎は2例が片眼性，1眼が両眼性であった。虹彩毛様体炎，乳頭炎と網膜血管炎が全例にあった。副腎皮質ステロイドの内服開始または増量を必要とした。結論：潰瘍性大腸炎には前部ぶどう膜炎が好発するが，汎ぶどう膜炎としても発症することを本症例群は示している。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report three cases of ulcerative colitis with pan-uveitis. Cases：The present series comprised 27-year-old female,33-year-old female,and 44-year-old male. The interval between the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and pan-uveitis was 3,13 and 23 years respectively. One patient was receiving peroral mesalazine. Two were receiving corticosteroid. Pan-uveitis was unilateral in 2 cases and bilateral in one. All the eyes manifested signs of iridocyclitis,optic papillitis,and retinal vasculitis. Pan-uveitis was controlled by introduction or increase of systemic corticosteroid. Conclusion：The present cases illustrate that not only anterior uveitis,but pan-uveitis may develop as complication of ulcerative colitis.
