大動脈，肺動脈非拍動流化モデルによる胸部インピーダンス波形の解析

Effects of Nonpulsatile Flow in the Systemic and Pulmonary Circulation on the Impedance Cardiogram

　Impedance cardiographyは，心拍出量の測定^9），各種心疾患患者の診断^13,14,18），心機能予備力判定^10,16）などに利用されながら，波形の成因や血行動態との関連については，十分解明されていない。

　われわれは，肺循環動態が胸部インピーダンスΔZ波に影響することを明らかにしてきた^4,5）。今回は，犬の大動脈系を体外から任意に非拍動流化する実験モデルを作製し，大動脈系がΔZ波に関与する部分を調べた。かように大動脈系の拍動を除いた状態で，肺循環系とΔZ波との関係について検討した。また，大動脈と肺動脈を同時に非拍動流化し，胸部インピーダンス波に及ぼす心臓拍動だけの影響についても検討した。

Blood was drawn through an outlet canula in-serted into the ascending aorta of dogs to a reservoir. The blood was pumped up to another higher reservoir with a roller pump, then allowed to flow down into the ascending aorta through an inlet canula by gravity. Thus the systemic circulation became nonpulsatile. When both the outlet and inlet canulas were shunted, thus by-passing the reservoirs, the systemic circulation became pulsatile again by its own heart action.

With the same principle, blood was drawn from the right ventricle via an outlet canula, then allowed to flow to the pulmonary artery via the two reservoirs and an inlet canula. Thus the pulmonary circulation was reciprocally alter-nated from pulsatile to nonpulsatile, or vice versa.
