　冠状動脈の血流をあつかった報告は数多く見られるが，そのほとんどは左側を主体としたもので，右冠状動脈に関したものは比較的少ない。とくに，その拍動波形の詳細な報告はいまだ見あたらない。

　著者らは，右冠状動脈の基始部に適合する電磁式血流計のプローブを作製し，雑種成犬を用いてその拍動波形を記録するとともに，左冠状動脈基始部におけるそれと比較し，検討を加えた。

The blood flow velocity was observed at the ori-gin of the right coronary artery in adult mongrel dogs, and the typical flow pattern was described in details in comparison with that of the main left coronary artery, correlating with instantaneous hemodynamic parameters during a cardiac cycle. Also, effect of certain cardiovascular drugs on the pattern was observed in the study. A newly deve-loped electromagnetic flow probe by the authors has been utilized for the observation of the right coronary blood flow (RCBF).
