診断時から加療後経過にて典型的なCT画像所見を呈した肝蛭症の1例

A case of hepatic fascioliasis exhibiting typical CT findings from diagnosis to follow–up

肝蛭症は肝病変を呈する代表的な寄生虫症であり，欧州やオーストラリアでは多くの報告がある。我が国でも年間数例の症例が報告されている^1）。典型的な画像所見を理解し，鑑別疾患の1つとして念頭におくことで，その後の診断・治療に寄与することができる。今回我々は，肝蛭症に特徴的な画像所見を呈する1例を経験したため，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was a 32–year–old woman who presented with fever and abdominal pain. Blood tests showed increased peripheral blood eosinophils and elevated IgE, and parasitic infection was suspected. A parasite antibody screening test was performed, and a diagnosis of hepatic fascioliasis was made. We report the typical CT imaging findings regarding the patient’s subsequent course and post–treatment changes, with some discussion of the literature.
